Halloween Week!

Here is my Little Student of the Month...

Thanks again for being flexible so that I didn't have to miss this special day for her:)

 

She got her award and prizes, and got to put her hand print on the wall:)

On to your wonderful preschoolers...

Reef and Liam were our students of the week. It is so fun learning more about our friends. I love listening to them tell us about themselves.

They brought their Show and Tell toys to tell the class about. 

 

Here is our whole class in their Halloween Costumes. So Cute!:)

 

For our Halloween Lunch we made Spiders to eat!

Really it was just Hot Dogs with Spaghetti Noodles sticking through them:)

We had Halloween Cupcakes.

 

We also played a Halloween Picture matching game.

Your kiddos are so good! They do such a great job taking turns and being kind to their friends!

We also read Halloween stories, acted out our song 5 Little Pumpkins, and did a Number Puzzle of a Haunted House.

We made the letter Ii with our bodies...

 

 

We talked about different things that start with the letter I. We also learned a poem about inchworms and made our own inch worm. Since Halloween is coming up we have been reading Halloween stories each preschool day. Our color was black this week so we made a Black Halloween Bat.

 

Audrey was our student of the week. She told us all about herself and brought a couple stuffed animals to show the class.

Ethan was our Student of the Week

 

He showed us his cars and helicopter.

 

We had Goldfish for a snack.

 

Practiced counting and writing 6.

 

We read G stories this week. We read The Billy Goats Fluff, and a Goldfish story and made our very own Goldfish this week.

During F Week we learned a song about frogs!

We learned 5 Speckled Frogs.

It was perfect since our number was 5 and our letter was F!

We acted out the song as we sang it, the preschoolers pretended to be frogs and eat up delicious bugs and jumped into the pool when it was their turn:)

We made Frogs!

 

We practiced the numbers we have learned with our number matching game.

Bb, Cc, and Dd week pictures are MIA! I uploaded them to my computer and I can NOT find them for the life of me! Ahhh!

 

So I will share what we did last week for Ee week.

 

 

We make an E with our bodies...

 

Looked for Elephants in our Animal Cracker snack...

We read a story called Elmer and the Rainbow. Elmer was and elephant:)

And made our very own Elephant to be put in our ABC book.

Our number was 4. We played a number matching game to work on the numbers we have learned in preschool so far. 

As soon as I find the rest of the pictures I will get all caught up!

 Liam had a Birthday!:)

 

 We colored red things this week...

 

 We made a C out of our body.

 

 Liam brought cookies to share for his birthday, and it was perfect since it was C week:)

 

 Sydney was our student of the week.

 

 She brought in a dragonfly to show her friends.

 

 We read several C books this week and made our own Cat.

 

 We learned the song "Who stole the Cookie from the Cookie Jar"

And ate more cookies!:)

 

 

Dd Week!

 

 We made the letter D with our bodies...

 

Nico was our student of the week this week.

 He brought a toy to show with the class.

 

We read a story about Bingo the Dog and made our own dog.
