Yy

Y is for yo-yo!

Presidents Day was on Monday of this week. We talked a little about Abe Lincoln and George Washington, the girls got a quarter and penny and learned a song to remember who is on each of those coins. We finished up by drawing a picture of what they would do if they were the President of the United States of America.

We continued with our positional word activities. We used the hula hoop to go inside, in front, behind, beside...

Our number was 17, we made it out of play-doh.

We also make the letter Y.

Y is also for Yarn. The girls were able to use the yarn to make pictures. Then later they were able to use their yarn to attached to a kitten craft.
