Bb Bumble Bee!

This past week we had fun learning about the letter B. Especially since we have Bumble Bees all around us in our preschool room! We talked about lots of other words that start with B as well.

Here is our cute class with their Bumble Bees that they made!

We also learned about the color red. We discussed lots of things that we know of that are red. Strawberries, tomatoes, Stop signs, apples...The girls enjoyed walking around our classroom to find anything and everything that is red! They also were able to make a book of red things.

Our number for the week was 1. We have a jar in our classroom that we put a puff ball into every week that we learn a new number. This week our jar has 1 puff ball in it. The girls are excited to see the jar fill up more and more as they learn more numbers. They were also able to glue 1 piece of macaroni onto their own paper jar.

The shape for the week was Triangles. We thought of food that is shaped like a triangle: pizza, ice cream cones, and the crackers that we had for snack. We also made triangles out of pretzels and spice drops. They didn't mind when they had a pretzel or two snap while making their triangles! They just ate them up!
