Ee, 4, oval, purple Week!

Another fun week at Busy Bee Preschool! We played a fun number matching game. It is a Memory game with the numbers we have learned so far. One card has the number and the other card has the dots to represent the number.

Our letter for this week was the letter Ee. We read a fun book about elephants, did a Ee is for Elephant puzzle that the girls were able to take home, made an elephant, and practiced writing the letter Ee.

Our number for the week was 4. Olivia and Ashlee are our big 4 year olds. And Reese and Keira are close behind:) We added another puff ball to our jar, glued 4 pieces of macaroni on our paper jar, and practiced writing the number 4.

Our shape for the week was Oval. Eggs are Oval, so we read the story of Humpty Dumpty and the girls were able to draw their own picture of Humpty Dumpty on an Oval piece of paper.

We also played a fun review game today. The girls stood against the wall while I scattered different numbers, colors, shapes or letters on the floor. I would call out a letter, number, shape or color and the girls would have to recognize it on the floor and run to stand by it.
